Everyone here was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a good stay, the hotel was charming, fairly clean, with fantastic location very close to ski lift. Exceptional service, though a few employees were untrained. Location: the venue was close to Bukowina Tatrzanska, and ski lifts. And it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pod Miedza, ate there couple of times...

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely stunning, situated on a small hill with amazing views of the Tatra Mountains. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight of my stay, not only for the delicious food but also for the beautiful view it offered. I especially loved sipping my coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement.

The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options to choose from. the staff were also friendly and helpful, giving us tips and recommendations about the area. the hotel was located in a convenient area near shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the city.
The rooms were not very clean and there were stains on the sheets and towels. the walls were thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the neighboring rooms.

Amazing Facilities: The guest house had it all - a sauna, ski storage space, and even a playground for the little ones. But the real winner was the spa zone. It was like stepping into a luxurious oasis where all your worries melt away. The soothing atmosphere and top-notch amenities made me feel like a pampered celebrity, without the paparazzi, of course.
Unsupervised Children: One minor issue was the lack of supervision in the spa area. It was late in the evening, and children were running amok, splashing around and being incredibly noisy.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ski lift, just a short walk away. It was also a short walk to the town center. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern features like LED TVs and a safe. the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Some rooms had great views of the Tatra Mountains and there was a spa area with saunas and a whirlpool.
Some guests mentioned that children were allowed in the spa area, which was disruptive for those wanting a quiet and relaxing experience.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
